Chicken Cordon Bleu PASTA

CHICKEN CORDON BLEU PASTA
This turned out SO yummy!
We saw a few different recipes like this on pinterest, but none of them were quite what we were looking for so we took a few of them and put our own twist on it! It turned out delish and our families really loved it too! And better yet... Its EASY!

Ingredients:
- 1 Box Penne Pasta
- 2-3 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs
- Croutons
- 2 Cups Cubed Ham
- Shredded Swiss Cheese
 - Alfredo Sauce
*(We made our own Alfredo sauce but you can always just buy the jars of alfredo as well!)

Our Alfredo Sauce:
- 2 bars Fat Free Cream Cheese
- Powdered Parmesan Cheese
- Garlic Powder
- Milk
*Cook Over Medium Heat until desired consistency

NOTE: We would recommend about doubling this Alfredo sauce for this recipe to ensure a really creamy pasta!
(Ours definitely could of been more creamy! )

Cook your noodles.

Boil Your Chicken Breasts/Thighs until cooked all the way through.

After your chicken is done cooking, cute into small cubes.

While the Chicken/Noodles were boiling we made our Alfredo.

(This pic below if what the consistency of ours looked like when it was done!)

Mix together in a casserole dish your chicken, noodles, ham.

Then add your alfredo and swiss cheese.
Mix all together!

After everything is mixed well, crush your croutons and sprinkle them all over the top.
We also added some parmesan sprinkle to our tops as well!

Bake at 355 for 30 minutes.
When you take it out of the oven it should have a toasted top!

Dish out and ENJOY!

  1. Your sauce looks a lot easier than my home made one and A LOT LESS FATTY. Mind posting the measurements to your ingredients (cheese, garlic, and milk)?? Thanks
